Product Introduction
We can provide floating ball valves which are equipped with two balls in one body. The series can be designed in three-piece, long or short pattern to satisfy the different installation requirements. DBB compact manifold ball valve design reduces the weight and space compared with installing two conventional valves when it achieves safer application. These valves are usually applied in marine and offshore industry.

Double Block and Bleed Design
Each ball seats shut off the line fluid independently on the upstream and downstream side, allowing double block operation. When the pressure is simultaneously applied to both sides of the ball in closed position, the valve bore and the body cavity will be isolated from each other, and the residue within the body cavity can be released through the drain plug.

Applications and Benefits
DBB (Double Block and Bleed) valves save space, reduce the need for costly multivalve systems, and provide zero leakage capabilities from upstream to downstream.
They can be used in a variety of applications and markets, such as LNG, petrochemical, transmission and storage, natural gas industrial processes, mainline and manifold valves in liquid pipelines, and refined products transmission lines.

FAQ
Q: How can I get a quote of this valve?
A: You can send us email with detailed specification & drawings & parameters, we will get back to you with 24 hours to confirm more details with you and then prepare the official quote for you.

Q: What is a Double Block and Bleed Valve?
A: A double block and bleed valve is like having three valves in one.
API 6D defines a double block and bleed valve as a “single valve with two seating surfaces that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve with a means of vending/bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces.”
