The ARI-CONA P is a two-in-one pump valve that combines the functions of a steam trap pump and steam trapping valves. It integrates a float steam trapping and a condensate pump in one body. The installation space is compact and the integrated design is economical and flexible.

ARI-CONA P steam trap mode features a ball disc to effectively close the outlet. The steam trap/pump dual function is switched through a conical valve seat exhaust and a power steam pipeline device. The high performance Inconel spring effectively prevents system failure. 

In order to ensure that the steam will not have any problems under the condition of negative pressure difference (the backpressure of the downstream of the trap is greater than the inlet pressure of the upstream of the trap), the product is designed as follows:
When the pressure difference meets the condition, the pump valve operates as a trap.
When high back pressure occurs, the valve automatically switches to a condensing pump to prevent the negative pressure difference from causing the condensate to reside in the heat exchanger.

The two-in-one design integrates the function of floating ball hydrophobic valve and condensing water pump in one body, minimizes the water hammer phenomenon in the system, and can realize the energy saving of single function (self-action) without power drive. Integrated design, suitable for compact installation space, can adapt to a variety of working conditions, in different working conditions under the recovery of condensate water.
