ARI-CONLIFT is a condensate mechanical pump with high universality and energy saving. It is mainly used for the collection and discharge of condensate. The exhaust valve with damping spring control is equipped with a taper seat, which can close the exhaust pipeline reliably. Low import pipe can prevent steam from entering this product, which is an ideal product for explosion proof area in German ARI products.

Economy and energy saving are due to the pump in steam or compressed air driven by pure mechanical operation. No manual settings required, works without electricity.
In addition, the energy can be recycled to the maximum extent (condensate can be pressurized and discharged at high temperature) to achieve the function of energy saving, which is an ideal choice for explosion proof area engineering projects.

The high displacement pump allows the condensate to be discharged at any operating condition (vacuum or high temperature), plus a flexible design head with low inlet water to ensure the safety and flexibility of the equipment

All internal parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, wearing parts in hardened stainless steel, body designed with high cycle fatigue strength, and with high-endurance lnconel X-750 springs, and no cavitation erosion occurs even if the water temperature exceeds 95 degrees, which is more reliable than electric pumps.The control unit can be used for all calibre devices, easy to operate, low maintenance cost and operating cost.
