ARI-SAFE P is Full lift/Standard flange connection high pressure safety valve. It comes with an integrated approach switch and a stainless steel bellows seal, spring direct load type with wear resistant seat/valve head accurately positioned and guided Strong durability, simple and flexible operation, suitable for industrial production equipment, processing technology, industrial manufacturing.

1）High efficiency
•Application based on modern structural features - seat is made of high strength CrNi steel, excellent fluidity comes from the flow area of the profiling, precision guide stem and disc
•Maximum starting pressure :1.1* set pressure
2）Reliability
•Approved by the VdTUV type certification (all SAFE products, including bursting disc), approved by ASME-certificate committee (USA)
•Type-test approved acc.to DIN EN ISO 4126-1/AD2000-A2
•Integratedproximity switch, feedback signal returned to control room for example.
•Optional: Stainless steel bellows with balanced piston and protection rim: bellows seal protection, spindle protected from dirt and corrosion. Back pressure compemsated.
3）Economy
•Disc stiffening prolongs service life, spring treated with KTL coating prolongs service life, saving investment cost
•Set the pressure range wide and consistent, spring selection more economical
