ARI-REYCO RL ANSI Full Nozzle Safety Relief Valve /Closed bonnet and closed lifting device. Using a direct loading spring with metal seal and wear-resistant seat/disc precision disc alignment and guide rail design. Strong durability, simple and flexible operation, suitable for industrial production equipment, processing technology, industrial manufacturing.

1) Reliability and durability
Accurate design of the nozzle in the pair (the thread of the nozzle is closer to the seat), the setting pressure has accurate repeatability, and the service life is longer; Two -section stem is used to optimize the guide, thus improving the reliability.
As the nozzle threads are closer to the seat, the corrosion caused by penetration of the media between the nozzle and the body can be prevented.The corrosion-resistant corrugated tube seal is made of Inconel 625 and can balance back pressure.
2) Simple operation
Double-sided sealing valve head design can reduce maintenance by tilting valve head; Modular design, easy to achieve a variety of functions (standardized valve internals), can directly replace the valve head.
The standardized design of the O-type soft sealing valve head makes it more widely used, with each discharge aperture (hole code) using the same nozzle.
