KSB Jebsen (China) Ltd. founded for import business in China and Hong Kong

1994

KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd. established as JV between Shanghai Electric Group (49%) and KSB Group (51%)

1995

KSB Group took over all shares from Jebsen to establish 100% owned KSB Limited (Hong Kong)

2004

Dalian KSB Amri Valves Co., Ltd. registered as 100% owned company of KSB Group in China

2005

KSB Group increased share holding in KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd to 80%

2005

Establishment of KSB Industry Standard Pump Workshop in Minhang, Shanghai, China
