ARI-CHECKO D Stainless steel swing type disc check valve in clamping version suitable for gas, liquid and steam media, stem and valve head with minimum tolerance clearance, soft seal, the highest working temperature is 200℃

1）Valve head design
Soft sealing plug.
Max. operating temperature 200°C at PTFE + 25% carbon
2）Working principle
The precise tolerance between shaft and plug hole prevents an abrupt displacement of medium out of the plug.
3）Application
Recycling equipment, Chemical, Medical, Water treatment equipment, Corrosion media equipment
4）Precautions
Recommend electric welding process for connecting valves or strainers with tubes or with each other. Lime based electrodes with an appropriate composite material should be used as filler material for welding. Gas welding should be avoided. Because of the different material compositions and wall thickness of the steam traps and the pipe gas welding shall not be applied. Quenching cracks and coarse grain structure may develop.
